High fashion is no longer for adults.  The little ones have their space with  fashionistas, who have created spectacular designs for children for the most important small ones at home.

The most important firms , Armani, Dior, Marc Jacobs, Jhon Gallliano, Donna Karan, Gucci, and Ralph Lauren dedicate their firm’s creativity and ingenuity to the design for children.

Some designers who included collections for children to their brands and the famous  Harrod’s room, are exclusively dedicated to display the creations of the fashion giants.  With these, it is shown how children design is one of the branches of fashion that has grown the most.

If the issue is strategy, opening design for children has been a great happening for those parents who are able to acquire clothes for their children from the most famous designers.  On the other hand, children’s clothes has a great expectation for its creators; children grow quickly and their wardrobe needs to be updated.

Figures are increasing in this area of fashion and the firms have become obsessed with designs for children for celebrities who are able to acquire any outfit for their children at any price.  Many of them dress with brand name items from head to toe, and it becomes impossible to resist the miniature of creations that turn out to be adorable ad irresistible.

The designers Paul Smith and Jean Paul Gaultier apply the “mini me” focus to the variety of their designs with great success and they display their design versions for adults in miniature, like their T-shirts and its stripe characteristics; Burberry applies his famous trench coats in miniature and Paul Smith and Missoni apply their multi-color designs.

The small ones also apply their glamour in the creations of Gucci and Cavalli who are a complete challenge in designs for children. Gucci returns to his traditional brand symbols, like bamboo and the equestrian ironworks to incorporate them into his designs for children, and Cavalli keeps himself faithful to animal print and sheens by applying them in a more ludic manner.

Prada, in its eccentric and versatile side, displays great color in the children collection with propositions filled with colors, vibrant flower prints, hearts and clouds.

Children collections are true tenderness and the ingenuity of the designers was displayed with true magic of colors, creativity and charm on children’s garments filled with humor and enthusiasm.
